Dr. Rizalinda L. De Leon discusses the objectives and expected outputs of the third phase of the Gas Policy Development Project, primarily the creation of a regulatory framework for the downstream natural gas industry.

Dr. Rizalinda L. De Leon is the Project Director of GPDP 3. She held the same position during the project’s second phase. She is also a Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD), and was a former Dean of the College of Engineering.
