The presentation gives an overview on the status of the Natural Gas Industry in the Philippines, in relation to the current natural gas production and consumption from the Malampaya Gas Field Proven Reserve. It also presented milestones and ongoing plans to further develop the natural gas industry through further research studies, review and development of regulatory processes, capacity-building of stakeholders, and active participation in policy-making.
